William D. Sullivan was with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation from 1981 to 2003. Mr. Sullivan resigned from Anadarko in August 2003 as Executive Vice President, Exploration and Production a position he held since August 2001. Mr. Sullivan served as V.P., Operations - International, Gulf of Mexico, and Alaska in 2001, V.P. – International Operations from 1998 to 2000 and V.P. – Algeria from 1995 to 1998. William D. Sullivan was elected to the St. Mary Board of Directors in 2004.
