Exchange under the symbol SM. Prior to November 20, 2002, St. Mary was
traded on NASDAQ under the symbol MARY. The closing price range of the
Company's common stock by quarter since 2003 is provided below and adjusted
for the two for one stock split that was effective on April 1, 2005.
